Our Mindfulness Groups are designed to help you reconnect with yourself, cultivate inner calm, and equip you to navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and presence. Developed by a clinical therapist, the group experiences offer a structured, accessible way to develop skills that reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and increase presence so you can live more intentionally and enjoy your life.

Our mindfulness groups provide structured weekly sessions in a professional group setting where you’ll learn the fundamental concepts of mindfulness including:

ABOUT

Mindfulness Groups Overview

Our mindfulness groups are live, interactive 6-week programs. Weekly sessions are designed to help you evolve throughout the course. The group format provides a sense of support and accountability to enhance the learning experience.

Each session includes:

• Check-in

• Group lecture

• Mindfulness meditation

• Guided group activity

• Group discussion

• Assignment for week

Live virtual sessions via secure video platform & in-person groups

DURATION

 6 weekly sessions, 90 minutes each
